Since their inception in 2017, the Wisconsin Herd has called Oshkosh, Wisconsin home. However, that might not be the case much longer as the Herd has faced issues with arena ownership. Per the Oshkosh Northwestern, it is reported that the Wisconsin Herd “no longer wants to work” with Fox Valley Pro Basketball Inc., owners of the Oshkosh Arena where the Herd plays their home games, after claims of violation of its current lease.
The Oshkosh Arena is currently listed for sale, and the owners have filed for bankruptcy. According to the city's finance department, the owners owe more than $619,000, but it is also uncertain what alleged breaches were committed.
